Yes, BitVault Exchange is licensed and regulated by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) under license number VARA/2024/045. We comply with all AML/CFT requirements mandated by the Central Bank of the UAE and maintain segregated client accounts with local custodian banks.

Local AED withdrawals to UAE bank accounts (Emirates NBD, ADCB, FAB, Mashreq, etc.) are processed within 1-2 hours during business days. International wire transfers take 1-3 business days. There is a daily withdrawal limit of AED 500,000 for verified accounts, which can be increased upon request.

We support over 200 trading pairs including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, Solana (SOL), XRP, Cardano (ADA), and major UAE-compliant tokens. We list only assets that have been reviewed by our compliance team for regulatory alignment with VARA guidelines.

Our trading fee starts at 0.1% maker and 0.15% taker, decreasing with volume. AED deposits are free; AED withdrawals incur a flat 5 AED fee. There are no hidden spreads β€” you see the exact execution price before confirming any trade. Full fee schedule is available on our pricing page.
